To watch mommy act! Katie Holmes brings her daughter Suri to see her Broadway play at Music Box Theatre (PHOTOS)

Actress and Tom Cruise’s ex wife Katie Holmes brought her daughter Suri along with her to watch her perform in her Broadway play “Dead Accounts” at the Music Box Theatre in New York on the second day of 2013.

As it was quite chilly in New York Suri had pink earmuffs on which matched the colour of her pink attire and clutched onto her favourite soft toy walking with Katie. Suri used her mittens clad hands to cover her face while the photographers ran about taking pictures. After Katie spotted that it was difficult for Suri to walk with her face covered she scooped her to carry her in her arms. Maybe the covering of face was a safety measure that was taught to her.

Katie Holmes had a formfitting walker coat on jeans and left her hair loose carrying her daughter in her arms looking extremely good. Suri who spent the Holidays with Tom Cruise kept her face hidden the whole time before making her way into the theatre with mom.

The last time when Tom met Suri the tabloids reported that he spoiled her with extravagant gifts to the point where Katie felt insecure about losing Suri to Tom which interests me as to what the recent holiday was like.

Though we couldn’t have a look at her face it seemed like Suri was happy to spend some quality time with her mom after being away from her for a while to celebrate the holidays with her dad Tom.
